Thats BS man half the guys i know in the army dont give a shit who's liberal, republican, or democrat. We do it cause it was a choice of our own, fuck liberals, fuck democrats, and fuck republicans. The only thing thats on your mind when the lead is flying your way is, "fuck i hope i dont catch one" or "man I cant believe this is really happening"...politics are by far te LAST thing on your mind!!! Most of you would know this if you had experience in this issue, but you dont, so really you cant make assumptions.

Dont get me wrong, half the time i was sitting in that litterbox they call Afghanistan, i was asking myself why i was there. But asking myself all that only made things look more bleak so i said fuck it and concentrated on making it out alive.
