Yeah, just remember it's not making you leave reality, it's blowing your current reality way out of proportion. Like when you look at a person who's wearing a vertical-stripe shirt, they look taller and thinner right? Well on shrooms they actually grow to the ceiling and get to be about a foot wide. It's just that everything is exaggerated, visually and emotionally.
