Atheist all the way.. But I still like to listen to other people's beliefs, because one day somebody might show me something that changes my opinion. I doubt it, but who knows? All my family are religious (or most of them) so I understand why some people believe in God and their religion (like my sister; her husband died while she was pregnant, and she believes that shes gonna see him again after Armaggedon and that he will finally get to see his daughter.. I can totally understand that) but I dont believe it myself. To each his own.

If god made life perfect, no one would respect him. THink about it, if everything was great no one would care about god. People see bad things happen, and they go to church hoping to avoid these things etc. But if god made the life so perfect, no one would assume anything bad could happen... and they wouldn't honor god as much.

no ozzy ur right as well, think about it man if life was perfect there would be no need for the thought of heaven, life would be "heaven" if he gave what everybody else wanted everyone would be wanting more and more and more, life aint that easy u gotta work for it man. Its just like kids who get spoiled from there parents they keep getting what they want up until they live with there parents and once they are out of the house they dont kno how to survive, get a job, save money, etc. and that animal issue u stated god created MAN not animal so thats why religion applies to humans. U cant teach a fuckin animal religion(not completely sure)

Also what boggles my mind about the whole religion thing is the science factor that mayb god didnt create earth/us/animals and mayb it was just cause by reproduction and all that crazy science stuff(sorry stoned and cant think of right word lol)

Ya, I'm not gonna get into the science of it, but if you look at it, there are many questions and a lot of evidence that would absolutely blow religion out of the water. Things like: "Well, if God created people, why did he go through all of the trouble to make a whole bunch of organs instead of one solid mass? Did he sit there and map out each organ and its function?" ect...
