the doctors who perform partial birth abortions have to be truly fucked in the head.

The same goes for a few jobs actually. Like working in a slaughterhouse.

It's hard to tell if they get the job because they're fucked in the head, or they're fucked in the head because they've got the job.

The worst ones are the ones that have a horrible job, but are still completely sane. That just sounds like an evil person to me.
