in 20 years has there been ANY solid liberal policies?
I'm not talking about republicans vs. democrats, I'm talking about conservatives vs. liberals.

Hell, I can't think of any policy in the last 20 years that I would consider "solid."
Liberals are going to say that conservative ideas are crap, just as conservatives would say liberal ideas are wrong. And Democrats are going to say that Republican legislative efforts have watered down and changed liberal policies before they could ever be law, just like Republicans would when the roles are reversed.
This is a dumb question.
