I would also recommend brownies, or a Vaporizer. That said, every situation is differant. With one of my children, I had such sickness and discomfort that I think it helped to smoke occassionaly. It does help you to feel calm and sleep more comfortably, as well as help with naseau and appetite. Most of the views I have seen expressed here seem to be by men.
