chrome or white

starting a seriouse attempt at growing now and ive come across a Econo 250 watt hps light with either chrome or white batwing reflector. my question is what reflector is better white or chrome and is 250 watts enough for a few plants like 2-4 and how much heat is generated for those who have something simular.

Well i was looking at www.insidesun.com and it seems like chrome or aluminum would be the best reflective material. Take a look they've got some nice shit.

I dont know why i told u the website when you already had it posted, probably cuz im really stoned, but i would say chrome would be better because its more expensive.
