yes it is still asked.i know ppl that work and have a growers card.they are amune from testing at there job.diff.reasons for diff.places and jobs

Exactly. THis is why it can't be legal. There is no test to determine whether you are high at any particular moment, as there is with alcohol. Only whether you have used in the preceding weeks.

If your airline pilot shows up drunk, they can tell. If he's high, they can't.

Although, if it were to be legalized, I could still see lattitude for employers to hire non smokers only. Employers already legally do this regarding cigarettes (granted for an entirely different reason).

BTW- yeah I know, while being drunk flying a plane is horrible, I am sure many would have no problem with a stoner pilot. Just hope he remembers the landing gear before touching down!
