its most beneficial to do salvia alone... because in my experience.. every time i do salvia with anyone else in the room, i just waste my whole trip laughing.... and its NOT a party drug... youll find this out

For me, the best method is through a bong, plain and simple. Smoke it quickly, try to finish the whole bong pack in one or two hits... expecially if its an extract. In my experience, don't smoke bud first, it lessens the salvia effects. Feel free to smoke it during the trip, but you won't need to. Also, try to be in a calm state of mind when you smoke it, being hyped up or nervous changes the trip.

salvia is my favorite "drug" i smoke weed and eat shrooms and stuff, but salvia has just connected with me. i ALWAYS have positive, eye opening trips. ive been doing it in my room, but now the weather is nicer and ill do it outside.. doing any drug in a natural surrounding is so much better than doing it inside.
