Let me try and answer your question. First off. God is everywhere, don't think of him as a person he is the God. So yes, he could be in one place and at another at the same time, he is God. I don't understand you saying can the evil be god at the same time. Satan tried to become equal with God, so God cast him out of heaven, but because God loves all his creations instead of destroying Satan he just cast him out of heaven, so Satan and all his minions were cast into hell where Satan assumed the role of leader. "It is better to rule in hell, than serve in heaven." Now, about Jesus sitting on the right side of God. That is the hardest to explain. Jesus, God, and the Holy Spirit are all the same thing. Think of the trinity as the 3 faces of God. For example, you yourself are a son, you will become a father (even if you won't just go with it for the sake of the example), and you have a spirit (according to christianity) So you yourself could be 3 different things, yet still be the same person. So even though that is extremely confusing its the only way to really explain the trinity.
