depends on how fast and how hard you want it to hit you...also i really dobut one will do much of anything unless this is like some super-vic or somthin.....i need atleast 6 of the 750's.....but if you want it to hit you really hard and really fast crushit up and parachute it (take a single ply of toilet paper and pour the powder onto it and take all four corners and twist them together so they're like those lil popers you can get that are white and have amixture of rocks and gunpowder or somthing hope youunderstand cuz tha'ts best i can explain it.) this is what I DO it's not exactly safe unless you know yoru body very well but i likie to down a couple of shots with a pill....helps the effects along a bit...dunno how tho bet it's somthing related to blood thinning tho oh yea....don't eat when on it....eatin when on pills is like the same as eating when high...it neautralizes it
