I would want the 2nd one as it runs both HPS or MH.

The third one says HPS FULL SPECTRUM, But, I don't think I am convinced. HPS is NOT as good for the veg stage as MH.

So I pick #2...MH for veg and HPS to flower.

Hope that helps, but wait to see what other people have to say.....
