Has anyone ever had one? Or have one now? I have a question...im gonna apply to get a job in the postal service, obviously im gonna get drug tested so im gonna quit. Heres the thing, i was thinking of random drug testing and do u guys know if they would randomly drug test me later on if i get the job? Do u get randomly drug test for goverment drugs or does it matter? Just give me ur feedback and experiences.

i'm pretty sure for goverment jobs they would

i mean goverment is against drugs, why would they want the enemy on there side

I was told by someone whom works for USPS, that their is only a pre-employment screening.

get a cleaner man. but they wont drug test you randomly. only once. my mom is working in a jail (well she was until 1 month), and many of guardians there smoked weed and hash or whatever. just get a cleaner for the drug test and your ok

It depends on what type of job you have.
Being on the road all of the time, USPS would definitely test you.
Other jobs involving pre-employment testing would be ones with firearms involved or the operation of heavy equipment.....stuff like that.

i had a crappy warehouse job and i got tested before, and they had randoms, never got one the year i worked there. the "not so random" testing was like the first monday of the month. They didnt do it every month, but they didnt do it any other times than the first monday of the month. So even if you were a smoker you could get some detox cleaner the day before.

i heard that you get tested before you start working for whatever place and then that they only drug test you after that if they suspect you're on something
