For instance; let's say theoretically you had a migraine for 30 days, you take 2 tylenol and it goes away for 6 hours. After about a week you'de have to take 10 to feel it.

NOTE: Your liver would fail.

I'de get more in depth but I have to write an essay, later.
well actually, It is extremely difficult to build up a tolerance to THC. the reason you develop a tolerance to certain psychoactive substances is because they wear out and or damage receptors on your brain, or induce your body to make chemicals that do this. THC does neither. it messes with the receptors but does not harm or wear them out, therefore no physical tolerance and no physical addiction. you can however develop a psychological tolerance (and addiction) which is about as real as the physical one. when you smoke every day you are (depending on what, and how much you smoke) high for at least several hours. say you feel the effects of the weed for 4 hours and when your high is wearing down you have a bowl more to keep you going. you could be feeling the effects of weed for up to 8 hours and even after you arent stoned anymore you still feel the "afterglow" a little for prolly the rest of the day. that means that you are under the effects of marijuana for over half the day. if you smoke the next day. it isnt a new feeling because when you went to bed you felt the effects of reefer. you become more comfortable being higher, because you spend over half the day high. that is psychological tolerance. also if you have a physical tolerance to any drug, it wont go away because of a 3 day break. not a chance. also dont hold in your hits for hella long times. 95% of THC is absorbed within 5 seconds. so ten seconds would certainly do the trick. after ten you are just absorbing tar and possible (though none have been found yet) carcinogens.
