    To add to Rangers post, make sure as well that the sub donor had not consumed a large amount of fluids prior to handing his/her sample to you, which can trigger a "too-dilute" result.

    How long do I have before I must use the donor sample?
    My fear is I will get in the room and the temp will be wrong.

    Kit I saw had built in aquarium flat style(stick to glass) flexible temp gauge, used hand warmers till ready.
