Update.

Day 6 Detox: 2 bowls veggie soup, half dessert, 1 medium-size plate peas. 1L water, 1.5L carrot juice. 50 minutes cardio, 10 minutes anaerobic exercise.

Day 7 Detox: 1 medium-size plate peas. 2L carrot juice, 1L water. 35 minute cardio. (took it a bit easy on this day to not over-overkill my system).

Total weight loss at Day 7: 2.5 kilos (5.5 lbs.)

Side/Body Effects: Sweaty palms, fluctuating body temperature (sweating one minute, cold the other. Wake up drenched). No problems sleeping (mainly because I'm convicted to this regimen, therefore eliminating the psychological dependence), vivid dreams. The hunger is a bitch, but what can you do. Cigarette smoking has shot up to +60%-120%. Slight mood swings. Occasional, light cravings. Urine flow last 3 days have been much better than in the initial phase (darker urine initially, lower urine output).
