So I thought I'd share my progress thus far if anyone's interested. I've included my diet, exercise regimen, and fluid intake. It goes without saying that I've completely stopped smoking marijuana.

Day 1 Detox: 1 mini burger, 4 tablespoons cooked peas with rice. 1.5L water. 30 minutes walking/jogging.

Day 2 Detox: Fruit cocktail, small bowl of lentil soup. 1.5L water. 60 minutes walking/jogging.

Day 3 Detox: 1 medium banana milkshake (light milk), fruit cocktail, 2 small bowls lentil soup. 2L water. 60 minutes walking/jogging.

Day 4 Detox: 1 plate lentils (with lemon, garlic, minimal amount of olive oil), 1L carrot juice. 1L water. 40 minutes walking/jogging, 30 minutes varying weightlifting exercise (no heavy lifting, promoting aerobic over anaerobic exercise).

Day 5 Detox: 2 small bowls vegetable soup (no potatoes), half a piece of cake, 1/2 plate lentils. 1.5L carrot juice, 1L water. 40 minutes walking/jogging, 30 minutes varying weightlifting exercise.

Starting day 7, I will start tracking weight loss. Starting day 10 I will start performing biweekly (twice a week, to avoid confusion) strip tests.
