Hey Slinky.

Your information is pretty much spot on. So spot on in fact, it should probably be stickied here in the forums.

Before we got started, when is your testing date?

As for a timeline estimate from me or from anyone else, it would be nothing but that, an estimate. In the game we are playing, putting all your stock in estimations won't get you far. You absolutely do have a couple things going for you though. These being your age, weight, metabolism, and knowledge regarding the subject.

What you don't have going for you is your amount of consumption. The amount of time it takes for someone to get clean varies greatly, as I'm sure you've read. Unfortunately, with chronic use, that window can grow to great extremes (on both sides of the scale.)

There really is no way to determine how long it will take you. There just isn't unfortunately. But the good news is, you do have several options

1. Start testing yourself with home strips. Immediately. First void of the day every morning. You can find strips for very cheap on Amazon. Find the highest rated ones you can find, and buy several different brands.

2. With a chronic user, provided you have the time and income, I would start plotting a graph off the quantitative results you can receive from mailing in your sample through a "FirstCheck" or going directly to a lab. This will be the only sure way to establish a baseline of your THC half-life timetable. Always using 1st morning voids. During this time, keep your diet and exercise as constant as possible. Sounds like you are on a good regimen, but stay consistent.

If you are unsure of what I mean by this, let me know and I will elaborate. Basically you will be plotting your results on a graph. On the y axis, plot your n/g per ml versus days since last consumption on the x axis. Being a man of science, you probably are aware consistency here is your friend. This all depends on your budget and personal timeline, but if you can, test yourself with the FirstChecks every 3-5 days. Every 3 days is great, every 5 days would be cheaper and not bad at all. Whatever you do, stay consistent with what you are doing.

There is no other way to accurately establish your personal half-life timetable than this, costly as it may be.

Hope I've helped, I frequent here quite a bit, I'll keep an eye on your thread.
