General Detox - Reassurance needed
I didn't realize you were outside the US.
Sounds like you have a pretty good system in the works. If you are able to use the same or very similar strips that the police are using, you are in business.
Keep testing yourself, first morning voids. If you have enough strips, test yourself as often as you can. Every single morning if possible. The sooner you start passing them, obviously they better off you'll be.
But overall you sound on top of things. Keep things consistent, when you keep exercising and start passing morning voids consistently, I definitely like your odds come time for the real deal.
When you are exercising daily and still passing, then on top of that adding that high fat and stagnancy days before the test, I definitely like your odds even more.
As for the creatine, no matter where the test is taken, I would never assume there won't be a specimen validity check on it. Ever. When it comes to actual Dilution, creatine loading will do nothing for you.
However creatine loading when you'll just be well hydrated for the test and not going for Dilution, is definitely recommended. Diluted and well hydrated are obviously very different things. Given that you've cut all meats out in your diet beforehand, I'd definitely say you need to be looking into upping your creatine substantially before the actual test, if for nothing else just to be on the safe side of things.
Again I hope you are right they won't be doing specimen validity checks, but I wouldn't bank on anything, especially given how much you have on the line. Often times, and more often than not, specimen validity is done on a separate panel altogether rather than on the 5/10 panel. You never know what they are doing in the backroom.
