Sorry to hear that smoking turned your stomach. To your question about the drug test most likely you will be fine you are small and did not smoke alot . It stays in your system for 30days but honestly just a hit or two is most likely not enough to give you a hot UA . You work out and this is a good thing. The at home test you got should help give you peace of mind. I know alot of people who use a cleansing from GNC they cost about 30 bucks and to me this is over kill but hey a job is a job. Good luck.
