as for the cranberry and vinegar, you're probably wasting your time on that.
Halo is right. Vinegar is an old myth. It does nothing to rid the body of THC. And drinking cranberry juice will not rid the body of THC either. Drinking cranberry juice only serves to dilute the THCA concentration thats present in the bladder - no different than what tap water can do. The dilution phenomena is only helpful on the day of the U/A. Therefore, drinking a bunch of fluids (including cranberry juice) in the days before a scheduled U/A is of no help. The dilution phenomena is only temporary - once the fluids ingested had all been urinated out, the bladder is replenished with fresh THCA-laden urine by the kidneys, and thus the donor is right back to square one.

There is no product that can permanently rid the body of THC. The only proven way of permanently ridding the body of THC is time and fat-burning exercise.
