Another success with Quick Fix!

First of all I want to say thank you to you Burt Toast for all of the positive reassurance that you give people that come here in a panic looking for information.

On Monday I found out I needed to take a U/A for my company. Being a 35+ year smoker of about a 1/2 oz a week I was in a panic.

I know about the drinks and I also know they rarely work. I've only passed 1 of 3 times using them.

I knew about synthetic urine, but never really put much weight into them. I figured the labs would test for it for sure.

Only having 4 days to put it off I researched for a solid 5 hours on Monday night and Burt Toast's posts gave me a lot of hope that they would work. The ones that seemed to get the most positive posts seemed to be Quick Fix and Ultra Pure. I went with QF and had a 3oz bottle shipped over night. Then I found out that a friend has used UP 2 times and passed both times.

Day of test:

I heated the bottle to 98 and put the heat pad it on then jocked it under pants, sweat pants and long johns (it's winter and cold). I had an hour ride to the lab and didn't want it to get cold. I checked it a few times on the way.. It was holding at 96 each time so I was happy and tucked it back.

Before I went in I checked it 1 more time and it was 98 so I went in confident. I made a little small talk and the tech brought me into the rest room then had me pick a cup. She turned off the water and put the blue dye in the toilet. Told me to fill it over the temp strip and the rest can go in the toilet and she left.

I poured it in the cup and it was just shy of 98. I also gave a little more than was asked for. Then I did some business in the toilet because I had to go and also who would pee in a cup and not go in the toilet... So if you sub, make sure that if you don't have to go you save a little to pour in the toilet.

I came out and handed it to her and she did the dip stick test and split it in two viles. She printed out the results and had me sign 3 copies and I see the x in the one and only box that I cared about.

She handed me my copy and I left with a big smile on my face.

Lab was a LabCorp in NH


Don't let people tell you that it doesn't work... Don't be scared because if you have the temp right you will be all set.

3 days of sleepless nights are now behind me and I can get on with life as a respectable stoner

That is why I had to make that post. I was frustrated with all of the posts that were either for or against with absolutely zero details.

I figured that I would try to give some confidence in anyone that is going to go this route.

I can only speak from my experience, but the one and only time that I used QF I passed and while asking friends that I figured would have some experience or know someone that has (I'm sure we all have "those" type of friends). I talked to one friend that said he used UP 2 times and passed both times. In fact he has another bottle for when he needs it as he gets tested regularly.

So my confidence in both products is high and I won't hesitate to go that route again.... So much so that I ordered another bottle of QF to keep on hand just in case I may need it.
