Had a drug test Monday morning. 7AM
Clean 10 days, only smoked a few hits each weekend before that. Male 230 pounds, 5-11, pudgy.
Not that it matters maybe, but I have never failed a drug test, I always had quit a week and drank a lot of water before the test. I smoked a lot more back then but weighed slightly less.
Been reading more now so this is what I did to prepare.
Friday: ate a pound of Salmon (canned) and a pound of whiting (in soup)
Saturday: Ate 2 wendys burgers at noon, 1 1/4 pound of hamburger baked, at night.
Sunday: 1 hamburger in morning. Normal food after (quit trying to raise creatinine levels after Sunday afternoon)
Monday morning, got up at 4:00 AM peed, and drank a big glass of water with a tablespoon of fiber mix (metamucil) and a multi vitamin.
drank 8 OZ water at 5:00, 5:15, 5:30 with a potassium gluconate pill with each glass. (595 mg 3% of daily requirements each pill)
drank 8 oz gatorade at 5:45, 6:00, and 6:15 and 6:30.
I think the total amount of peeing I did was one at 4:00 as said, one at 5:30, one at 6:10 and then finally for the test at 7:00.

Sound like I did it right?
