your gonna have to be a little more patient if u want some big buds i wouldn`t start flowering til plants were 18" to 24" and nice and bushy. if u have started from seeds it takes a little more time for them to mature, your pot size is fine for the moment any way. for faster growth room temp should be about 75 f humdity 40 and 60%

Hey there Mark, Not a bad start. The pot size does look fine. The plants do not look irregular. You do have intervenial chlorosis (which basically means losing green between veins on leaves.) More Nitrogen, use a fertilizer where the first number is larger than the other two. (during veg only) Ask around for general suggestion of good all around Nitrogen fert.
I would NOT let them veg a whole lot longer though. It looks like your main problem is light power. The taller the plants get, the less efficient light is at reaching the whole plant in useful quantities. Flouros are only good at very close range, and then still they are getting by. You will be happy, happy, happy if you invest a couple hundred in an HID (High Intensity Discharge like MH or HPS). You might do ok with a 250w, but if you have a few extra bucks get a 400w.
