ok stupid question i know when your about to post a thread just above the sending thing u can check out the square where its wrote "insert a poll".

but after this, how can i make my question then the choices? like yes and no. thx

After click to post the thread it you first go to another page where then it lets you choose all those options, it just takes u there so click as if u were gonna make the thread

yeah dude, you checdk the box that says 'insert a poll', then in the little box u put the number of options in the poll, then click the 'Submit Thread/post' button and itll take u to another page where u do the poll
