Does he/she look healthy?
Any other interesting info I might not know, or need to know?
By the way, the plant is almost a month old, its short because it had to repair itself...I think. Someone correct me if I'm wrong

Plant looks fine to me. Definitely too small to determine sex at this point. The only advice I can give at this point is to watch out for Algae buildup. It should come along nicely and tell you it's sex soon. Good luck and happy growing.
