I have been reading on this forum a lot the past week. I am taking a drug test at Labcorp on the 23rd, and haven't smoked since the 4th. I am 5'3", 122 lbs, 23 years old, exercise 6 days per week. I was a daily smoker, but not a lot everyday. I am planning to do N2's dilution method, but I have a few questions.

1. Will gatorade be just as effective, if not more, than water? I want to use it to keep my SG up, but not sure if it will adversely affect my results.
2. Why doesn't diluting affect your creatine levels if you have been creatine-loading? I plan to start this 3 days before test, but don't understand how it won't be diluted just like everything else..
3. I read that aspirin is not important anymore for dilution, but will it hurt just in case?

This is an extremely important test for me to pass, my entire future rests on it. I have vowed to never smoke again because to me it just isn't worth the stress and anxiety that I feel at this moment.

Any advice would be very helpful, thank you in advance.

Or are there other ways to keep your SG at normal levels? Burnt Toast?? Are you out there?

First of all, home tests are your friend, you must take them.

Personally, I researched, weighed the risks and decided I'd substitute if it came to it.

I suppose you could practice diluting and taking home tests. If you dilute and pass you're probably good but you wouldn't know if you passed due to dilution or it's out of your system. Testing undiluted would answer that.

Going in with known good urine puts the risk at the logistics of the transfer and you can practice that until you're comfortable you've got it right. With dilution, unless you've tested it, you don't know if your going in clean and that is real risk. If you aren't passing home tests I think you should seriously consider substitution.

I don't have any friends with clean urine or who I would be comfortable asking for it from. Does anybody know if QuickFix works in Labcorp in Cali? Or do they test for synthetic urine? I have been reading mixed reviews about this.

I took a test on my own behalf at an "any test" clinic and they used a labcorp test kit . you can call around and ask any of your local labs if they use the lapcorp kit. once you find one, march in and take a test w\ QF. you probably won't feel comfortable that they'll have your name but hippa laws are going to prevent them from sharing. furthermore, they care way more about getting paid for a test than if you pass or fail so I chose not to worry about that part.
