PROBLEM HEIGHT QUESTION
Got a little advice for ya.
Lose the tinfoil, it's a lousy reflector.
A plain, white, wall is mo' betta.
Those kids appear to be under-lit.
Or they are getting too much red.
Get some breeze on them to thicken and strengthen the stem.
Re-seating them at this stage in those too-big pots is almost certain to damage young roots
Best to prop them up with a stick until they are ready to transplant, then drop them in a deeper pot and fill in around the stem.
It will usually grow more roots from the buried stem.

Weezard

PROBLEM HEIGHT QUESTION
I go through several transplants in the veg room, 6" 8" 10" pots and finally a 12" pot...and into the bud room. Some may agree and some may disagree, for me it works. Don't let the piles of information online overwhelm you, just take it slow. And most importantly don't forget to have fun. I'm an indoor newbie, so I've made a lot of mistakes, learned by them and I am sure I will make many-many more mistakes. The people here on the forums are a great bunch of people to have on your side. I love coming here and reading the posts, a GREAT source of information, and might I add, encouragement from seasoned growers. As weezard says, a plain white wall is best, or the use of mylar. Proper lighting is a must, your little ladies look like they are stretching. I am using veg led and flower led lights. Love them! But a hefty price!!! Oh one other thought, your pots look old and that's fine, but are you sterilizing them between usage? You can pick up all kinds of nasties when your growing pots are not clean. Good luck my friend and happy growing!!
