i have a not so pretty idea for dilution leme know what u all think

ok so 1st off this is not for someone sensitive to caffeine but here is something i may try if it comes down to it.

1st overload on creatine about 24-48 hrs b4 test.
2nd on the day of the possible test wake up get rdy for work down a rockstar energy drink (100% b6 and 100% b12 per serving 2 servings per 16 oz can) now here is the part that will potetaly SUCK drink 2 cans over the next hr (half a can every 15 min) every time u urinate after that drink 4 or 5 oz of your can (use ur best judgment how much did u just urinate replace it)
about an hr (so when they say btw we need you to go test) b4 the test drink half a can or more and stall for an hr or so if you can (if you are sent to a testing facility thats easy just take ur time getting there)

some clarification and a warning: why im useing energy drinks they contain a mass amount of b vit (3 cans is 800% of b6 and b12)and i can stealthily overload on them without haveing a gal and a half of water sitting on my desk its also easy for me to say well i drank 3 oh thats 48 oz. DO NOT DO THIS IF YOU ARE EFFECTED BY CAFFEINE, i personaly drink so many of these things anyway my body (however hates me for it) is used to them

my question: what do u all think will this work for dillution

Any fluid can be used in place water when doing dilution techniques. You just have to be sure that your creatinine and S/G are within acceptable limits at the time of the U/A.

thanks for the response! my main question is will the b vitamins from the energy drink suffice, being as i urinate neon yellow half the time after drinking them.(i know color is less important than creatinine) but if this does happen it will be beacuse i have to retest for a sample that hasent come back yet, and may come back invalid so i wouldent want them to have any reason to dbl chk on anything.

The proper vitamin for urine "color" is B2 (Riboflavin). But because creatinine and S/G checks have become lab SOP in recent years, you need to be more concerned with creatinine and S/G, rather than urine color. Samples with a nice yellow color can still be ruled "diluted" due to a low S/G and creatinine level.

but overloading creatinine 48 hrs prior would solve this or am i going about getting the correct creatinine lvls the wrong way, also how would i beat s/g chks?

edit: and thease things are 400% riboflav per can

The answers to both questions are found in the first 2 posts of this thread: http://boards.cannabis.com/drug-test...uidelines.html

I owe my experience to everyone researching this. I have had 2 urine samples sent to labs for non-DOT employment and passed both just drinking about 1/2 a gallon of water within a couple hours. Recently I smoke high grade bud everyday. My recent test was done at Quest Diagnostics and I only quit smoking for about 24 hours in case of a swab. Its not a bad idea to call the MRO a few days later imo. My results were sent to the employer the day after visiting Quest which is a good implication you passed, but I didn't hear anything until my background check was finished as well.

I weigh 150 but I don't think weight has anything to do with this method. I also find it hard to believe they send clear samples to GC/MS. Either I have naturally high creatinine, they don't check, or im a lucky one. I don't recommend anyone to neglect strict instructions with creatine and vitamins but I haven't needed it. I hope this helps someone, and much thanks to others sharing their results and knowledge.

The only time that a diluted sample goes to the GC/MS is if it had tested positive for a particular drug panel(s) on the initial screen as well. Samples that are ruled "negative/diluted" wont see the GC/MS.

I assumed GC/MS was the only was to test for creatinine. Do they always do validity testing for creatinine and SG? I wonder if my levels are right while diluted or if the entire drug testing industry is a scam. I wonder how often people should actually worry about getting a dilute result. Thanks! Happy Holidays.
