Wait - those little sprouts are a whole month old? I feel like that's not even possible. They look about 1-2 weeks old, not a month. The soil that you are using appears to have good, natural nutrition that should support decent growth without adding anything else other than proper light/water/air. Are you using water from your faucet, distilled, purified, bottled water? Any other kind? Just FYI- if you use chlorinated water from your faucet, it will kill the GOOD bacteria that is found in that soil you use or any other added nutrients (chlorine kills bacteria). I buy gallon or 1.5 gallon jugs of reverse osmosis purified water from CVS near my house for around $1.10.

If you can buy the reflective material now, it is OK to take the plants away from the light for like 2 minutes at a time to put up sheets of the reflective into the inside of your cabinet/container, you really don't have to wait until next grow. Keep up the patience and keep reading for all different information related to air/water/light/nutrients that will surely help your plants grow and grow faster (with chemical additives or organically, as you intend). There is lots of information that will really help these undersized ladies.

My theory on the undersized ladies is due to many factors.

1,just started feeding the roots the VOODOO JUICE.

2,WATER,basic bottled water,I however just started pre boiling my tap water for experiments I'm condoning on a single plant,Is buying the purified gallon or lt etc the best way to go as far as wanting PURE water?

3.LIGHTING,first had the CFLZ about 24inches to 6inches week 1-3 from the ladies.i know have them about 3inches,I'm wanting to add more light but choosing wisely.

4.CO2/COOLING,week 1-4 had the fan on just for temporary time, just started leaving it on regularly.

I've had luck with mirrors in the corners, kinda like the old phototron. But white walls are nice.

    Lighting, need more.

Water, if you cannot catch nonacid rain water, distilled might be better than fancy bottled, your adding your own commercial stuff anyway.

Need Small fan inside to exercise them.

Teas, love them- but to make I go to garden, dig into the heart of compost pile and fill old pillow case(watch which one you choose), place in blue barrel(Apple cider container) and fill with collected rain water that I grow gold fish in, doesn't take long, will turn nice shade of Amber then I use that for my water.

At the beginning of grow log forum, think there is a sticky listing different things it might be helpful for us to know.

Soaks the good stuff out of compost, and suspendes it the water, which is ready for the plant or critters in the soil to usell

I can answer that one... when the compost won't stay in the sack for all the holes. Unless one likes to launder the sacks and rotate them with the linens.

....that the stuff in the sack needs replacing? Myself, I trow the soaked compost back in the pile and use a fresh sack full the next brew.
