Need some opinions
I understand, to clarify what I'm saying: hydration simply elongates the time one can be working out therefore it is good for your exercising (I drink a gallon a day regardless because of weight training). Yes, sweating won't do anything because of the insolubility of the THC metabolites in water, but obviously working out initiates the fat burning process, and proper hydration combined with a proper diet will ensure it will work. Also, there are clear factors based on biological characteristics of one's own body. (Thanks for your input though, I've read quite a bit of responses you make and you are a positive user in this community! I have read and used your advice
