Uh... a million is not that much. I mean, if you are planning on beach houses, and smoking pounds, while not finding a way to make a living... in Jamaica or Amsterdam, lol, you'd better think again. You can't live off the interest of a mil anymore.

I would have to flesh your proposal out a little on the details. For instance, am I allowed to eventually RETURN at some point... or is it a life sentence?
