over maturing question
I'd read the same thing, but like to think every little bit helps!
but it has been proven that making them 'quiver' strengthens stems, but hell, I talk to them too. Just don't tell anybody! LOL!
-- There's so many natural ways to rid us of insect pests. Its so much healthier for plants & us to repel & prevent than to poison. Insects 'breathe' through their legs & they can be suffocated with fine powders (I'm going to screw this spelling... diamatious earth), lemon scent will repel most (lemon balm, lemon grass, citronella, lemon joy dish soap!). Then there's other hebs like patchouli. Then there's plants that insecticides are made from, but they poison earth worms & kill the birds that eat them. But most bugs just plain hate soap, & I do love the soapy water treatment! Since garden soil + water + rubber garden clogs = mud, its good for my feet too! LOL! (& under my nails... but isn't that where dirt belongs?)
