My first grow (fixed) and pics(:

Thanks for being straight up guys. Helps. I'm already moving a seedling to a smaller pot. I'm going to have to buy a new light for the new growbox but for now I just have one led light in I just hope it doesn't stretch because the other speaker is bigger but the led is brighter and covers every space in there so might not . If it stretches I think I'll just wrap it around something to hold it up next to the plant

Welcome to the forum. My 2 cents. Either experiment with outdoor growing or spend 1000$, and do a shit ton of reading, and start completely over. Unfortunately your current set up wont ever produce any buds.
    I think:
Don't bother growing indoors unless u can use HID's
U need a tent or a well constructed space to grow indoors in.
U need ventilation and temperature, humidity controls
The single most important factor leading to success is environment control
Use good genetics (either known quality seeds or clones)
Tinfoil is a little silly. Reminds me of the trailer park boys tv show.
Miracle grow weed is like dusting a good bud in chemicals and smoking it.

Finish out your grow to help you learn what's up if u like. Make sure u are reading a lot and taking it in, focus on your next
    grow.

Hope this is helpful info for you.

You don't really have to spend a thousand dollars but u need a lamp, ballast, inline fan(s), oscillating fan(s), and some good dirt, nutes of your choosing, room/box/tent construction costs, and some other stuff.

LED's are a modern, very efficient alternative for people that may be intimidated by high heat/electricity lamps and ballasts. The price is still high, but it's an option to remove some of the more intimidating initial setup.

I admire the resourcefulness, and it is valuable for your learning, but that won't do for long. You CAN grow just fine indoors with CFL's, but you are going to need more room when those sprouts takeoff. As mentioned above, ditch the foil...your box becomes a "convection oven". Rattle can it white, it's cheap and effective.
Separate the little guy's into individual pot like you are doing and start your new box while they get going.
Everyone starts somewhere, keep reading and looking and you will get there.
I'm new too, but I had a few more resources, (and room) and I still had issues. It's a learning process my friend, keep at it and you will be rewarded in both bud and satisfaction.

I'm new to growing MJ as well, but I have many years of experience growing plants agriculturally and for fun. Growing a plant to keep it alive is one thing, to grow it for agricultural purposes is quite another, especially indoors. You are trying to give this plant the proper conditions to thrive and produce at a peak level. That takes an investment of time and $$, and the patience to do things right. I would pick people's brains around here as well as get yourself a guidebook like Rosenthal's. Don't go half-assed. You don't have to spend thousands of $$ and being creative is strong positive trait, but be prepared to spend what you have to to get the correct equipment for what you're trying to do. But first figure out exactly what you're trying to do. What is your goal? Goals?

I don't mean to offend by telling you stuff you already know, but I think it's important for people new to growing plants that you must remember that this is a living organism. Despite what we may think while under its influence, it's not magical. It has very specific requirements in order to live and more importantly to thrive. Is your setup the kind of environment where you would want to be kept alive? I would guess not. I love the creativity people put into stealth grows, but at some point you have to be concerned about the plant more than anything else, or it's a waste of time.
