How long do you veg for seed or clone how many under one light and what yield are u pulling in pp mate

4-6 weeks vegging. I usually do about 12 seedlings. Usually about half are males to be thrown out.
Yield varies widely; it depends on the seed quality. My last 3 harvests were poor quality & yields.

And u don't lst or train ur plants u just leave it and let the one cola grow?

Yes. Like I said, I have unlimited ceiling height. This allow most of the heat to escape, up.:thumbsup:
