ALL detox products are a big scam to seperate the credulous from their cash. When they do work at all, they work by diluting. The whole "preventing toxins from coming outfor X amount of hours" BS is actually dilution at work.
The drink (along with the water that youre required by the instructions to drink with it) serves to dilute the the THCA concentration that is present in the bladder for a given amount of hours - just enough time for the urine sample to register a negative on the assay screen. You can accomplish the same thing for $$$ less by following the steps outlined in the Dilution "sticky" thread.

Sure those snake oil products may brag about "contains creatine". What they dont tell you (perhaps in an effort to avoid blowing a sale) is that it takes 2-3 days for the body to convert creatine into creatinine. Creatinine is the end waste product of creatine that is found in urine and tested by the labs. Therefore, the creatine ingrediant in those snake oil products will do you no good when the product is consumed on the day of the U/A (in which the instructions reqiure you to do so). Any creatine-loading must be done at least 3 days prior to the U/A.

In short, forget the magic detox potions. The detox product industry predicates itself on exploitation via misinformation and they dont need another victim to fall for their bogus claims and ludicrous sales pitches.

Niacin and milk thistle does nothing to help pass a U/A - a huge waste of time and energy. The only thing that is proven to permanently rid the body of THC is time and fat-burning exercise. There is no product that can do this.

Thank you sir. Your advice is exactly what I am looking for. I just started a creatine regimen...got some creatine monohydrate from a bodybuilder friend, about 25 grams worth or so. I had already purchased the readyclean brand precleanse pills for $3, which contain riboflavin, .25Grams of creatine, and milk thistle. I think the thistle is just to make the liver function at its best, so along with the niacin (100MG), it hasn't really hurt me, as I don't overdo either and probably will continue to take a little of each every day just because.

Multivitamins and plenty of water throughout the day/during workouts can only help, right?

I have read the thread OP and learned plenty, so thank you. I will save my money on the drink and instead get some more test strips to get a better feel for where I am out. Just found out I may have another week or so, so back to the gym I go.

Thanks again.
dirktheman Reviewed by dirktheman on . Ready clean question/enough time? Is it likely that after 2.5 weeks of abstaining from the typical bowl or two of schwag i usually partake in per day, I can pass a urine test? Im 5-6, 175, lost about 20 lbs last 2 months, and have been exercising like a madman, drinking only water and taking multivitamins, milk thistle, and niacin....should i buy ready clean to be safe? Does that definitely work? I kno it is like fruit and creatine and all, but I don;t get how it can prevent toxins from coming out for 5 hours. I hear Rating: 5
