Well, it's that time of the year when families travel miles and miles just to gather together.

This year they have decided to gather at your house, and your in the middle of a grow, you can't talk them out of it, you have no place to relocate. ( big or small grow doesn't matter )

Easy! Besides air freshner, scented candles & fan forced charcoal air cleaners; totally close off & lock the room your grow is in (stuffing towels & whatever under the door), then LIE YOUR FUCKING ASS OFF! Yep, that right, I'm advising you to LIE to mom & dad! Go ahead & make yourself sound like a total pig! Its your storage & all your dirty laundry, smells like old gym socks, sorry guys, I'd be too embarrassed to let you go in there! Etc, etc, etc. Use your imagination, its your lie, tell it like you want to. That's my story & I'm stickin' to it!
(That's why god gave us big mouths, so we can lie our way out of shit!!!!)

I know some of you live in areas where it is legal...I don't...but even then, there are some relatives that look down on it, or how to keep it out of sight of kids.....

I am growing only one myself, and it is small so I will just throw a box or barrel over it....

I am not so rude to people, regardless my flaws or feelings, and I can't tell them I don't like their bratty kids, and then go to the family gathering anyway.

Ok..... the first post was my polite way to handle it without hurting feelings, assuming you actually LIKE your family, my second post was how I would handle MY family. Parents deceased, no sibblings, & all my cousins & their kids do (before I disowned them), when they come to my house is terrorize my animals, steal shit & break things (one kid took a shit on my antique organ bench, & her mother was ignorant enough to leave it there!).... So I would actually be even MORE rude than the specifications in my second post, & it would probably involve shoving them down the porch steps, hopefully on their ass. In a perfect world, all families would be kind, loving & respectful, but in reality, some are not. The NICE side of my family mostly all moved to Georgia, so we only 'see' each other on facebook. Oh yeah, forgot to mention. When they came to my house for an hour, it usually took two days of steady working to clean up after them & it usually involved feeces. Even my animals are housebroken, if your kids & drunken husbands aren't.....keep diapers on them!

Haha, happens every year! I grow in pre-fab tents. Break 'em down and toss them into the garage with a space heater, for a week. The garage is always locked-up tighter than Fort Knox.
It's a bit of a hassle moving everything back-and-forth, but it's worked well. :thumbsup: Gotta go with one of the higher quality tents, though. The Secret Jardin's I have are holding up well to the annual moves.

Point is, I wouldn't have my home visited by relatives uless I invite THEM. When THEY decided that everyone is coming to my house is where I found the problem with your situation, Casper.
Your question to us was, "What do you do?" I can't answer that because I wouldn't have myself put in that spot.
