Well first off, let me say that im anti-legalization, even though im a stoner. there seems to be some very weak arguments. First off, pple are saying that "if alcohol is legal, then y isnt mj?" well the main reasoning behind this is that there are a lot of people who drink because of the flavor. many people dont drink to get drunk. you can't say that you smoke purely because of the flavor, i mean its great, but you cant say you dont smoke to get stoned. second with legalizing it, it would be too much of a hastle with the government setting up and passing laws with people who are driving while they are stoned. however much you want to argue, it does impare your driving. this leads into how much you can smoke before driving, somehow finding a way to test someone whos been pulled over for suspected intoxication, ect. also, think of the public view who are opposed marijuana. imagine walking through a park with your 12 year old kids and seeing some messed up guy taking a hit from a bowl, and then sitting there laughing his ass off. i dont think that you would want your children seeing that. i think that it should be best being illeagal, so now that people are very cautious, and smoking in privacy. i also think that the laws are very harsh, but i think that its is necessary to keep marajuana out of public. also on another note, i enjoy beer very much, and if you dont like hangovers, then dont drink so much :b

Yea yea i know it slows reflexes and reaction times and all that...but ALCOHOL is legal. I gaurentee if you smoke a whole quearter to yourself you wouldnt be half as fucked up as you would on a pint of Jack D. And if you did smoke a whole quarter to yourself and you had to drive home, you would probably make it without an accident, probably piss some peple off...but hey.
