there is no way of telling what specific strain it is mate but you can tell if it's a sativa, indica or a mix of both (hybrid) once you smoke the buds. you can tell based on the effect

Hey...so I'm from CT(& its not like CA or CO we have NO dispensary's) so you have to buy weed the old fashioned way...a dealer.) My dealer happens to be my best friends bf so I know Im never getting ripped off, although I know he keeps the bestbuds for himself, but Id really like to find out what type of weed I'm smoking, but I never ask & he never tells me.
