You are exactly right Burnt Toast, those clean out timetables are like weather forecasts, and should not be trusted without any empirical supporting data.
Through research, I've come to realize that marijuana metabolites are very notorious when it comes to eliminating them from your body. Your best friend is time (they will eventually be metabolized and excreted out of your system). Other than that, everything else really is a hit-or-miss. Some people report that exercising works for them, some take vitamins and what-nots to boost their metabolism, yet others take alarming quantities of vitamin B3 (Niacin, nicotinic acid) that might actually cause hepatotoxicity - chemical driven liver damage.

I would suggest that getting clean varies from person to person and if you have a drug test coming up, it is your responsibility to know your own body and pre-test yourself before taking it.

Not to judge anyone, but people smoke for different reasons. If you are on probation or your career requires some kind of testing, safest thing for you is to either abstain completely or be proactive in knowing how long it takes your body to get rid of whatever is being tested for (THC,11-Hydroxy-THC and 11-nor-9-Carboxy-THC).

Good luck to everyone and thanks for an engaging discussion.
