That extract sends me to a different world!

Unfortunately, some people just don't get the same reaction to salvia. Yes, it could be that you got some bad extract... try letting a friend smoke a bowl of it. I would think it is more likely that you just aren't sensitive to it.

I also suggest chewing plain leaves, if you can find any. My best salvia experience ever was when I chewed a bunch of plain leaves. You soak a bunch of leaves, then chew on them, not spitting or swallowing, for about 30 minutes. Those trips last longer and are smoother, but, in my case, are more profound.

I hope you get to trip on salvia some time! IT is truly amazing! If you can't, try Psilocybin mushrooms. I think those trips are very similar, but last a ton longer. Just not legal, sadly.

Oh, and yes... you will definately know when you are there!!! The interesting thing about salvia is that it hits you so dang quick and you are really there before you can realize what sent you there!
