There is no "eye test". They will only test the urine.

The proper vitamin for urine color is B2 (Riboflavin). But it must be understood that creatinine and S/G checks have become lab SOP in recent years, making sample "color" the least aspect in determining overdilution. Even samples with a nice yellow color to them can still exhibit an unsatisfactory S/G and creatinine level. Therefore, when doing dilution techniques, it is now more important to make sure the creatinine and S/G are satisfactory. N2's thread states what to do to help keep the creatinine and S/G cops at bay.

No the detox potion will not help. Sure the sales pitches will tell you that their snake oil "contains creatine". What they dont tell you (perhaps in an effort to avoid blowing a sale) is that it takes 2-3 days for the body to metabolize creatine into creatinine. Creatinine is the end waste product thats found in urine and tested for at the labs. Therefore, any creatine-loading must be done at least 3 days before the scheduled U/A.

Thats yet another reason why those detox potions are a scam.

Use the gatorade in place of water, as it will help in the S/G department.
I guess I don't get this quote thing. everything that has a? Are the questions that I'm asking you there the ones that you didn't write. I don't know how to separate them so can you please help me by answering them.

I'm also asking about introducing fiber into the steps for dilution as far as what I can mix with water how does a prebiotic Fiberblend help me if I introduce it at any stage in the dilution
