I'll try to answer some of the questions that I can understand. Youve spliced your responses within my quote above, making it very difficult for me to understand the rest of your other questions.

what is the daily recommended dosage for vitamin B? (I used to work in GNC and don't remember anything don't judge me)
Is it that they need to see it as yellowish before they even analyze it are they going to do and Eye test before the analysis?
There is no "eye test". They will only test the urine.

The proper vitamin for urine color is B2 (Riboflavin). But it must be understood that creatinine and S/G checks have become lab SOP in recent years, making sample "color" the least aspect in determining overdilution. Even samples with a nice yellow color to them can still exhibit an unsatisfactory S/G and creatinine level. Therefore, when doing dilution techniques, it is now more important to make sure the creatinine and S/G are satisfactory. N2's thread states what to do to help keep the creatinine and S/G cops at bay.

If I was to use a substitute during this process for the water could it be Gatorade and or a drink like Qcarbo even though you mentioned it doesn't work but would it help at that closest point to the test?
No the detox potion will not help. Sure the sales pitches will tell you that their snake oil "contains creatine". What they dont tell you (perhaps in an effort to avoid blowing a sale) is that it takes 2-3 days for the body to metabolize creatine into creatinine. Creatinine is the end waste product thats found in urine and tested for at the labs. Therefore, any creatine-loading must be done at least 3 days before the scheduled U/A.

Thats yet another reason why those detox potions are a scam.

Use the gatorade in place of water, as it will help in the S/G department.
