Hello to all and I hope this gets seen by one of the senior members of this forum. I have read through a lot of posts and I am particularly understanding about certain methods mentioned here.

I am literally confused by which times to use "void urine" and how to start the dilution process.
I am confused about what qualifies as part of the substitution is it somebody else's urine is it using a product like Qcarbo 32 or both?
I would like to have some of detailed plain as day in any reply here are the options that I have:

I got the call yesterday to come in for a physical on Monday at 9:30 a.m.
I have not smoked in about a week and a half two weeks I am a medium smoker due to me quitting to take a drug test earlier in the year that I passed in July

I have access to q carbo I have access to water and I have been reading about CERTO on this forum so I'm sure I can find it in a store
at what time do I use q carbo?
at what instance do I start the dilution method and I have read the post for dilution but its comforting if somebody can explain steps a little clearer.
I also have someones clean piss that I can have in the morning from my house to the actual test site which takes about an hour to get to
how long will it stay warm enough????
do I need something that will keep the temperature if it only takes me about an hour to get the fresh sample which by the way I have blood vials that I can keep it in?

I quit smoking for 6 months from mid Jan to mid July..to take the drug test when I thought I would be hired the first time.I now have to go through agency to get in and take the drug test for them.
