Unobserved test but have to strip
Labs and collection facilities practicing in the US are not allowed to frisk or otherwise touch the donor if this is an employment-related U/A. This constitutes "groping" and is against the law. They can only have the donor empty his/her pockets.
And if this is an employment-related U/A, the collector can only have you remove outer clothing such as coats, coveralls, and hats. They cannot make you strip to your undergarments OR remove all clothing.
From the DHHS regulations (in which all certified facilities practicing in the US must follow):
6. Ask the donor to:
Remove any unnecessary outer clothing (e.g., coat, jacket, hat, etc.)
The donor must not be asked to remove other articles of clothing, (e.g., shirts, pants, dresses, undergarments) or to remove all clothing and wear a hospital or examination gown.

I received an email detailing the whole testing procedure and I am going to be required to strip to my underwear before I take the test. This is freaking me out because with my Rating: 5
