    How to make Burgers, Sandwiches, Croques with up to 66 % less fat.

    Most of you know some tasty fast food, that tastes great, but got too much fat or calories.

    I know a way to decrease the fat of the food up to 66 %.

    Croques, sandwiches, burgers that contain much remoulade ( up to 80 % fat ) can loose a lot of fat. If you take for a croque or big sandwich, instead of 100 Gramm remoulade, a ground of 50 gramms yoghurt and on the yoghurt 50 gramms of remoulade, you can save up to 50 % of fat.
    Don´t mix it, just put the remoulade on the joghurt.
    You got 100 % taste and 50 % fat.
    It even tastes great, if you take less remoulade and more joghurt.

    With this method you can make traditional fast food, with up to 66 % less fat or calories.
    This is especially great for food with remoulade, danish remoulade or mayonaise.

    Sandwiches
    Croques
    Hot dogs
    Salads
    Fish
    Meat
    Bread
    Fish and chips..


    If you don´t got a vape.

    With this method you can make chocolate light, nutella, light, marzipan light, Butter light, peanut butter light and caramel light.

    White chocolate 33 Gramms heated well mixed with 66 Gramms vanilla pudding = 100 Gramms chocolate butter. 66 % less fat and 50 % less calories.

    Nutella + chocopudding or nut joghurt
    Marzipan + nut joghurt or vanilla pudding
    Caramel + vanilla pudding

    When you decrease the fat and calorie content of mayo / remou with joghurt, a lot of meals loose calories.

    Bread light ( toast dough mixed with popcorn flakes and may be joghurt )

    Ice light ( ice with yoghurt )

    Mr tom light ( popcorn and a bit of peanuts in peanut creme with a bit of honey )
    Choco bars light ( stretched with popcorn and pudding )
