So here's the situation: I've got a mm license, and my neighbor down the hall (call him Fred) has a mm license (he says). He's 3/4 limb-disabled and gets around in a wheelchair. Fred smokes virtually ALL the time for pain and spasms. Friends bring him weed when he's out of $$$. Neither of us is licensed as a provider.
