Evaporation?

How do I get my soil to dry out a little faster and get the run off to evaporate when I'm using an LED aka no heat to make any of that happen. I'm open to ideas I've sat my pot on a rag towel for a few days before and that worked alright but using a new towel every few days is useless.

Been growing w/leds for a few years now and have picked up some pragmatic info.
Best to avoid the problem of course, so now, I take smaller jumps when transplanting.
I go from small cubes, to beer cups, to 4" square, to 1 gallon square, in veg then 3, 5, 10, and 15 gallon bags for a tree or three.
I usually stop at 5 gallon coco, or DWC when I'm just growing for me.

To address the present problem.
You can punch holes in the sides of the pots.
Or transplant into smartpots, or cloth grow bags.
Poke holes from top to bottom with those skinny bambu skewers.
(You have to redo that after every couple waterings though.)

I did have one rare cross that got waterlogged while still too small, and too mature to get a decent cutting from.
Had to put my thinking cat on for that one.

Happened to have a spare photovoltaic "solar cell" laying around, so I pressed it into service.
I ran a stainless steel screw through the bottom of the 3" pot full of saturated soil.
Then ran another in from the other side just below the soil surface.
Tied the PV cell to them with negative lead on top and the positive on the bottom and set it out in the sun.
(For the first day I used the P.V. cell to shade the 'ling.)

The idea here was to use electrolysis to take the excess water apart into it's basic elements Oxygen at the bottom, Hydrogen near the surface.
I figured the roots would appreciate the Oxygen.
I admit that it's a tad crackpot, but it saved my little seed momma.
Pretty is, as pretty does, yah?

But I already have holes drilled into the bottom of this pot and I don't feel like getting my carpet wet so holes in the side are not an option this is why I'm kind of stumped

don't water so much until the plant can use more. I have seedlings in 3 gallon bags. I water every other day about .5 - 1 liter. So far so good.

Mine is almost 4 weeks old and almost a foot tall in a 2 gallon pot and I haven't had to water in almost a week lol and I know its root structure is strong!
