Ok so i went last week for a employment UA i subbed cause i smoke some herb once in awhile and knew i fail. Well i didnt have enough real urine in the cup didn't use a synthetic used clean sample so they told me i had to do it again this time someone watching me i told them i couldn't pee again and had to leave. So i got a call 20min's later telling me i was let go for not following company policy i was hired and working 3 months before they hit me with a drug test. Was it better for me to refuse or just give another sample that woulda been dirty when they tested?


Also can employer's disclose why i was fired for a refusal to take a observed UA? I never been fired from a job before so im stressed out im 35 and going crazy over this im so depressed.

I have to take a UA at the same place i went before.The first time i went there i subbed and didnt have enough piss to fill to the line the lady put on the cup she was a real biatch so she told me i had to retake the test with the door open this time so i refused lost my job it sucked anyway but still . Now i have to go back to do another test for a diffrent job gotta sub again this time ill make sure i have enough piss to fill the whole cup.Can they make me take a observed test this time aswell cause i refused last time i went there for a diffrent employer??


I know if i have to really use my own piss im gonna fail they cant like profile me can they and make me do an observed test or even tell the employer what happened last time i was there??

I have been forced to resign in the past because I failed a test, but every test after that taken its been normal, most companies go by their new hire policies meaning that first you do a normal drug test if thet doesnt work it has to be supervised, you should be good to go.
