    Floro light question:

A single 250W might be enough, but you may want to put another one in there too. Maybe put one on the top left, and the other on the top right. Keep them EXTREMELY close to the plants, which means you'll be moving them all the time, pretty much every day.

You can train a lot of plants to stay under that height. Northern Lights is popular for this. Basically you gently bend and hold a plant's upper stem to about ninety degrees or so with twist-ties. That will encourage side growth and keep it pretty small, to some extent.

The lighting thing is pretty straight forward. You could put a tiny little plant on your window sill, and you'll probably get something off of it, and it'll probably get you somewhat stoned. But for the big crazy yields, that means:

    - tall plants (for the most part)
    - lots of light (no exceptions)
    - lots of room (up for debate)
    - really good strain (little argument here)

Dude, you need to have a bit more than that. But honestly, I don't want to crap all over your project, and plenty of people have learned as they went along, and you'll no doubt do the same.

Northern Light is a really good strain that's available pretty much everywhere. It doesn't get too tall, has a big yield, doesn't stink, and has a rather high THC level. Probably the most common strain that I've seen around in my area is Northern Light.

If you had two female plants, under the conditions you're talking about, you'd honestly probably be lucky to get an ounce off each one. If you grew them in a full size grow room, you might get 3-5 ounces, with a higher THC content. Lighting, room to grow, available carbon dioxide, ventilation, water, and soil make all the difference.
